We apply Turkish law to all our bookings and contracts. All our reservations are binding:

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before arrival, there will be no cancellation fee.

• If you cancel your reservation between 14 and 7 days before check-in, you will be charged 50% of the agreed price.

• If you cancel your reservation between 6 and 1 days before check-in, you will be charged 80% of the agreed price.

• If you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the agreed price.

Please note that we do not take any responsibility for accidents related to climbing. We apply the British Mountaineering Club Participation Statement, which states that “climbing, hillwalking and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept the risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.”
